How exciting to be writing my very first President’s report. I can’t begin to tell you how honored I am to serve as the President for the Charlotte chapter of NACE for the next two years. I joined this organization in 2011. The more involved with the chapter I got, the more I learned I had not just found other professionals to share war stories of the industry with but a family to also share in my personal growth! I have found mentors that make me strive to be a better person and I hope that I can provide that guidance to our new members.
I am so excited to see each and every one of you at our upcoming meetings. Starting with one of my favorite events of the year, the CADES. We will be at the beautiful Bechtler Museum of Modern Art at Levine Center for the Arts to honor some of our best programs and amazing members. I would like to say a special thanks to our sponsors for their generous contributions to this event. It's a Roaring 20s theme that I know will impress! I already have my headpiece ordered and I look forward to toasting each of the incredible nominees.
Looking ahead we have a very robust schedule of programs coming your way and I am excited to grow with you all as we learn new things and meet new friends.
All my best,
